Manufacturing Asset Health Analytics​

PostgreSQL and RStudio project that analyzes 360 simulated IoT sensor readings from robotic arms, CNC machines, and conveyor equipment. The solution uses rolling statistical baselines, z-score anomaly detection, and sequential event analysis to identify abnormal temperature, vibration, voltage, and cycle-time behavior.

Car Parking Lot Barrier Controller

Designed and simulated an OpenPLC parking control system using IEC 61131-3 Function Block Diagram logic. The controller tracks vehicle entry and exit, monitors parking capacity, prevents entry when the lot is full, keeps count of vehicles coming and going, and supports both sensor and HMI test inputs.
